Library/Student Resources

TSA's library is a blend of print resources and electronic resources. We have a small book collection that is housed in the room that serves as our library and Mac computer lab. A portion of these books have been moved into classrooms where they are becoming part of special collections that are specific to the classes taught by individual teachers. A student looking for a book on a particular topic should check the library collection and should also talk to the TSA faculty member who teaches a class in that subject area. Additionally, we have made a commitment as a school to building our online database collections and teaching students how to use them. TSA does not currently have a librarian on staff. However, many current faculty members have substantial research experience and are able to guide students through the research process. While our library resources are modest, we believe that a combination of TSA print and electronic resources coupled with the use of outside libraries and supported with TSA faculty expertise and guidance will prepare our students for college level research and writing.
