The Sharon Academy

Health education for the most part is integrated either into the science curriculum or connections class.  In a two year cycle the curriculum covers human growth and development, sexually transmitted diseases, anatomy of the reproductive system, drug, alcohol and tobacco use and abuse, the physical and emotional benefits of exercise, hygiene, nutrition, sleep, depression, and media influence.
